The chalky soil of the North Surrey Downs is perfect for lavender and the area was the global leader in lavender production right up to the end of the Victorian era.

The lavender is grown without the use of herbicides or pesticides and then a traditional steam distillation process is used to produce the organic oil, which is then used in products, such as the Intensive and Easily Absorbed Hand and Nail Cream using Mayfield Lavender Organic Lavender Oil (pictured). 

The hand cream uses 87.8% certified organic ingredients and leave your hands feeling soft, supple and smelling gorgeous.
